| High School Practice and Games - Tuesday and Thursday
from 6pm to 8pm at the
Woollett Aquatics Center.
Formal scrimmage games against other water polo clubs will be
scheduled on Sundays (may be at other Orange County nearby
cities). This session will include the highly competitive
Winterfest tournament. |
| |
| Level of Teaching - We are teaching all four levels
of water polo to our athletes. Beginner, Intermediate,
Advanced, and Nationally Recognized players are being trained by
experienced water polo coaches. Fundamentals is a key
component for beginners and intermediate level players;
Structure and strategy are key components for advanced level
players. When these components are blended with "game
time"; a player can develop fully to play any position in the
water. |
| |
| Development of an Athlete Player - We believe that a
player needs to develop "ALL" fundamentals of the game of water
polo. Defense, Offense, and more specifically each of the
playing positions in the water from 3-3 offense to counter
attacks to press defense and much much more. Every
player within the Kahuna Water Polo club will be taught and
learn, train, and develop all positions. |
